Anne, is a Cleveland-based therapist, community advocate, and the founder of In Session. She opened her practice in 2019 with a vision for something more than just a therapy office. She wanted to create a space where care could feel collaborative, creative, and deeply human

Ann Marie, is a freelance photo and prop stylist with a love for storytelling, styling, and thoughtful gifting. She’s always been drawn to the beauty in everyday things, and to the idea that small details can make people feel something.

What started as a quick meeting for design advice turned into something more. In a passing moment (a classic “door-handle confessional”) Anne and Ann Marie found themselves asking: what if the unused lobby could become something meaningful?

That’s how From the Lobby was born.

Together, we’ve built a space that reflects what we both care about most: accessibility, creativity, and connection. From launching the In Session Therapy Fund, to keeping every item under $50, to partnering with local makers and small businesses, every detail is important to us.

Because at the end of the day, this isn’t just a shop, it’s a space for connection.
